The prospectives are here!! Yes visiting weekend has come once again and as current graduate students it is our sacred duty to show them how great is here at Illinois. So tonight we have a number of activities with free food lined up for you to mix and mingle with the prospectives and convince them to spend the next n years of their lives here.
5:30pm-6:45pm - Interaction Room - Pizza Dinner with prospective students. (Free pizza!)
7:00pm-9:00pm - Alumni Center - Faculty Reception with more food and mingling.The Alumni Center is located at 601 South Lincoln Avenue. Its near Lincoln and California, behind the Spurlock Museum.
9:30pm-??? - PGSA Happy Hour: Visiting Weekend Edition at Esquire (106 N Walnut St, the corner of Walnut and University in Downtown Champaign).
If you happen to be driving to the Faculty Reception and could chauffeur a few prospectives downtown to happy hour that'd be a big help.
